COVID-19 Statement

Update as of April 1, 2020:

Springer Controls is an essential business to keeping homes and industries powered and operational. We are OPEN and shipping daily, Monday through Friday. We are also committed to social distancing to fight COVID-19, and not accepting visitors to the office at this time.

Office personnel are working from home, and production teams are reduced and rotating shifts to limit contact. As a result custom orders, or rush orders could be delayed, but we will always do our best to ship orders quickly and communicate our capabilities and any delays to ensure your satisfaction. Please let us know if you have any questions.

As the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 continues to permeate through our communities, we at Springer Controls want to reiterate that the health and safety of our employees, their families, and our valued customers is paramount. We are making every effort to ensure and maintain the level of quality and service that you have come to expect from Springer Controls, including continually refreshing our business continuity policy to address any threat or risk to our supply chain.

We are in contact with all of our key suppliers to gauge and manage any potential threat of disruptions or shortages of product, and at this time, we believe that those scenarios will have a minimal impact. However, each supplier is unique, and the risk can vary based on supplier. Certainly, if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific product or manufacturer, please reach out to us.

Currently, our office is open and operating as normally as possible. With that in mind, we are also continuously monitoring the guidelines set forth by the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to ensure a safe work environment for our employees. In addition, we are exercising an abundance of caution with regards to sanitation, business travel restrictions and encouraging any sick employees to stay home.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and as this situation continues to fluctuate, we will continue to monitor and update as necessary.

Best regards,

Randy Lindberg and the entire Springer Controls Team
