Sprigner Controls carries two types of circuit breakers. UL508/UL1077 and UL489. The more economical UL508 / UL1077 rated circuit breakers are designed for use in UL508A panels, motor group installations or whenever a circuit breaker is required in power or control circuitry. The UL489 rated circuit breakers are rated to be used to protect a branch circuit without a backup device.
UL508/UL1077 rated circuit breakers are available in current ranges from 0.5A up to 63A with 1-4 poles and following trip curves B, C, and D. They are only available for AC power.
UL489 rated circuit breakers are available in current ranges from 0.2A up to 63A with 1-4 poles, and following trip curves B, C, K, and D. 1 and 2 pole versions are also available for DC power.
